- Coordinate Sales operations with the other departments of the organization.
- Develop and/or maintain and improve business relations with all customers of the organization.
- Responsible for targeting new customers and new sales opportunities initiate action plan to approach and secure new business for the organization.
- Any matter which may effect the interests of Novotel Ahmedabad should be brought to the attention of the Management.
- Assist the Director of Sales & Marketing in the development of the Strategic Sales Plan for the organization.
- Assist the Director of Sales & Marketing to direct the Sales & Marketing department to achieve objectives established in the Organizations Strategic Plan.
- Leadership skills that utilize persuasion and motivation to attain organizational goals is the most desirable management quality followed by honesty integrity ethical behavior tactfulness openness and cultural awareness.
Qualifications :
To fulfil this role successfully you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:
- Minimum of five (5) Years of Hotel Sales Catering or Marketing Experience.
- Fouryear college degree preferred.
- Minimum Years of Leadership Experience in a FullService Hotel: 5 star.
- Highly professional presentations and communication (oral and written) skills.
- Proficiency with standard Microsoft Office.
- Ability to perform critical analysis.

- Additional/advanced degree coursework in business administration marketing and communications.
- Adaptable experience with business strategy business planning and business plan development.
- Experience in large matrix organizations.
- Knowledge of Opera Sales & Catering Software or comparable products.
