The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying potential clients building strong relationships and delivering exceptional client service. Key Responsibilities:
• Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and building strong client relationships.
• Identify and prospect potential clients through market research networking and cold calling.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Handle administrative tasks related to sales processes including documentation and recordkeeping.
• Collaborate with operations and support teams to address client needs and streamline processes.
• Client Relationship Management.
• Negotiation and Closing.
• Market Research and Analysis.
• Reporting and Coordination.
Key Skills and Competencies:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Selfmotivated goaloriented and able to work independently.
• Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role (minimum 13 years).
• Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Familiarity with the IT/Tech industry is a must.
• Must have experience in Recruitment and Contract Staffing within the IT industry.
• Must be willing to work in a targetdriven environment.
