Role Overview:
We’re a dynamic and growing company and we’re on the lookout for a resultsdriven and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying potential clients building strong relationships and delivering exceptional client service. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fastpaced and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and building strong client relationships.
• Identify and prospect potential clients through market research networking and cold calling.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Handle administrative tasks related to sales processes including documentation and recordkeeping.
• Collaborate with operations and support teams to address client needs and streamline processes.
• Client Relationship Management.
• Negotiation and Closing.
• Market Research and Analysis.
• Reporting and Coordination.


Key Skills and Competencies:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Selfmotivated goaloriented and able to work independently.
• Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role (minimum 13 years).
• Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Familiarity with the IT/Tech industry is a must.
• Must have experience in Recruitment and Contract Staffing within the IT industry.
• Must be willing to work in a targetdriven environment.
