We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team at our head office in Alipore
Calcutta. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Google Ads SEO and basic website backend
management (such as uploading product offers and content with no coding required). As a Digital Marketing
Manager you will play a key role in executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns improving our
search engine rankings and ensuring that the backend content management tasks are efficiently handled.
Responsibilities
1. Google & Meta (FB & Instagram) Ad management
Develop implement and optimize Google Ads campaigns across search display and remarketing.
Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify highpotential opportunities.
Monitor and adjust bids budgets and targeting to maximize ROI.
Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and Google Ads data providing regular
reports and actionable insights.
2. SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
Oversee and implement onpage and offpage SEO strategies to improve organic rankings.
Conduct regular website audits to identify SEO issues and provide solutions.
Perform keyword research and implement strategies to improve search visibility.
Monitor and report on SEO metrics adjusting strategies as needed to ensure continual improvement in
rankings.

3. Website Backend Handling
Upload product offers promotional content and other updates to the website using the content
management system (CMS).
Ensure the website content is current accurate and aligned with ongoing marketing campaigns.
Work closely with the web development team to address any site issues or updates that may impact the
user experience or functionality.
4. Digital Campaign Strategy
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to drive traffic conversions
and engagement.
Collaborate with the creative and content teams to ensure messaging aligns with the campaign s goals.
Monitor campaign performance analyze data and optimize strategies for better results.
5. Reporting & Analytics
Prepare monthly performance reports on Google Ads SEO efforts and website traffic.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data to improve ongoing campaigns.
Use data from Google Analytics Google Ads and SEO tools to drive decisionmaking and strategy
refinement.
6. Social Media Marketing
Assist in managing and optimizing paid social media campaigns.
Ensure social media channels are aligned with the digital marketing strategy and branding.
Requirements
Proven experience in Google Ads management with a deep understanding of search display and
remarketing campaigns.
Strong knowledge of SEO best practices including keyword research onpage optimization and link
building.
Experience working with CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress Shopify etc.) for content uploads and
website management.
Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics Google Search Console
and Google Ads.
Ability to work independently prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detailoriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
