- Identify and target new corporate clients focusing on B2B sales opportunities in line with company goals.
- Build and maintain strong longterm relationships with key decisionmakers in corporate accounts ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive growth in corporate accountsincluding setting objectives identifying target markets and crafting value propositions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to corporate clients negotiate terms and contracts and close deals effectively.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends competitor activity and emerging opportunities to stay ahead in the market.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Prepare regular sales reports forecast sales and provide insights into performance.
- Work closely with marketing product and customer service teams to ensure client needs are met and to enhance the customer experience.
- Represent the company at trade shows industry events and networking opportunities to promote products and expand business relationships.
- Gather client feedback on products/services and collaborate with the relevant departments to address any concerns or improve offerings.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years in corporate sales or B2B sales management. Previous experience in a similar industry is highly preferred.
- Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing Sales or a related field.
- Strong B2B sales experience with the ability to develop new business and close deals.
- Proven ability to manage large accounts and sales pipelines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with high level corporate executives and present effectively.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with experience in managing complex sales cycles and contract negotiations.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with corporate clients ensuring longterm business partnerships.
- Good understanding of the corporate market industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Driven to meet and exceed sales targets with a proactive approach to problemsolving.
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
