Job Title: Sales Manager – Home Loan & Loan Against Property
Location: Andheri Mumbai
Mode of Sourcing: Retail DSA (Direct Sales Associate)
CTC: Up to 8 LPA
Experience: Minimum 3 to 6 years in sales preferably in home loans loan against property or related financial products.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:
- Achieve sales targets for Home Loan & Loan Against Property products through Retail DSA.
- Generate new business by identifying potential customers and crossselling financial products.
- Build and manage relationships with clients and ensure they are guided effectively through the loan application process.
- Regularly meet with DSAs and other partners to drive business performance and develop new business opportunities.

Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and potential leads to enhance business opportunities.
- Understand client needs and offer customized loan solutions.
- Ensure client satisfaction and resolve any postsales issues or concerns promptly.

Team Management:
- Supervise and guide a team of Retail DSAs providing necessary training motivation and performance management to ensure the achievement of targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline loan processing and ensure smooth customer service.

Market Research and Competitor Analysis:
- Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for growth and product enhancements.
- Stay updated on the latest policies and product offerings in the home loan and loan against property sector.

Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities performance and client interactions.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance pipeline status and market insights for senior management.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 to 6 years of experience in sales preferably in Home Loans or Loan Against Property.
- Strong knowledge of financial products particularly home loans loan against property and related banking products.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with DSAs clients and internal teams.
- Ability to handle customer queries and provide solutions in a professional manner.
- Strong market knowledge of the Mumbai region and its customer demographics.
