Job Description: Manager (HR Operations)
Manpower planning & budget analysis
Induction & Onboarding formalities for new joiners new joiner feedback about the
induction & onboarding process
Employee database/master management (SPINE) Employee personal file
management record management
Implement and support HRMS (Employee life cycle)
Exit formalities (coordination for F&F Exit feedback and analysis)
Monitoring & addressing employee grievances PAN India (Branch) level related to
joining formalities leaves exit formalities performance issues (extension probation
nonperformance procedures etc) and general HR operations
Preparation of offer letters/appointment letters/confirmation letters/relieving letter
etc.
HR MIS (Daily weekly and monthly) MRM data presentation
ESCON HR Policy implementation across branches review and training act as a
controller of the document
Review & update SOPs Job Descriptions time to time
Attendance monitoring grievances redressal and disciplinary action for absenteeism
Drive performance management process smoothly (implement policy & procedure
prepare incentive matrix prepare PMS schedule accountability to run the PMS as per
schedule)
Coordination with admin for availability of Guest house for existing employee and
guest
Monitoring branch administrative cost
Coordination with branch to get training needs and implement training across all
branches
Drive for employee engagement activities to maintained work life balance as per the
budget
Assisting TA team in the interview process (excel word tests) background
verification/reference check for selected candidates
Ensure statutory compliances done before due date and maintain MIS
Key Competencies
Indepth knowledge of HR practices HR processes and labour laws
Proficiency in HRIS Payroll and MSOffice suit
Strong verbal & written Communication organizational and multitasking skills
Strong database management skills (accuracy)
Team oriented and capable of collaborating with various departments Problem
Solving attitude
Education
Bachelors degree in any field Business Administration PG or Masters in HR or
equivalent degree
Additional certifications in HR will be an added advantage
