Job Description
- Develop and execute comprehensive revenue management procedures and best practices
- Identify new revenue opportunities through market analysis and competitive benchmarking
- Oversee the revenue management and distribution strategy ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Provide weekly dynamic forecasts annual revenue budgets and regular performance reports
- Lead and mentor the Reservations team fostering a culture of collaboration and highperformance
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in revenue management within the hospitality industry
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in revenue management systems and reporting tools
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities with a focus on coaching and development
- Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to present complex information clearly
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and pursue innovative strategies for revenue growth
