Job Description
- Assist the Executive Chef in managing and leading the kitchen operations for Banquet and All Day Dining.
- Oversee food preparation presentation and service to ensure consistency and quality in all dishes.
- Develop and implement innovative menu ideas particularly for large events and special occasions.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
- Manage kitchen inventory food costs and work with suppliers for timely and costeffective sourcing.
- Ensure compliance with health food safety & hygiene guidelines in the kitchen.
- Assist in scheduling kitchen staff to meet operational needs.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service during events and peak dining periods.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie preferably in banquet or highvolume environments.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Culinary degree or relevant certifications preferred.
- Excellent understanding of various cooking methods ingredients equipment and procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for food.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Proficiency in Thai & English communication
