Develop refine and adapt recipes to ensure consistent quality taste and nutritional value accommodating various dietary restrictions and allergen requirements
Collaborate with the Pastry Chef to create innovative menu items and seasonal specials that complement our wellness offerings incorporating local Thai ingredients and international baking trends
Manage inventory order supplies and assist in cost control for the bakery department
Train and supervise junior kitchen staff in baking techniques and ensure timely preparation and delivery of baked goods for service
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for continuous improvement of our bakery offerings
Qualifications :
Culinary degree or diploma with a focus on baking and 23 years of professional kitchen experience
Proficiency in various baking techniques equipment usage and food safety standards (with relevant certification)
Strong organizational time management and communication skills
Creativity and attention to detail in recipe development and presentation
Knowledge of international baking trends and Thai cuisine
Experience in creating healthconscious baked goods and managing dietary restrictions
Thai and English proficiency required
Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
