Job Description
- Greet and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Take and serve food and beverage orders efficiently incorporating storytelling.
- Prepare and serve beverage and specialty drinks according to standard recipes.
- Provide information about menu items offer recommendations and upsell when appropriate.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the cafe including tables service areas and equipment.
- Handle payments and operate the POS system accurately.
- Address guest inquiries feedback or complaints in a timely and polite manner.
- Maintain compliance with hygiene safety and health regulations.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in premium restaurant F&B service is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of fine dining service sequence and techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive customerfocused attitude.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with attention to detail.
- Must be fluent in Thai; English proficiency is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays.
- Teamoriented with a commitment to providing excellent service.
