Job Description

  • Greet and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Take and serve food and beverage orders efficiently incorporating storytelling.
  • Prepare and serve beverage and specialty drinks according to standard recipes.
  • Provide information about menu items offer recommendations and upsell when appropriate.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the cafe including tables service areas and equipment.
  • Handle payments and operate the POS system accurately.
  • Address guest inquiries feedback or complaints in a timely and polite manner.
  • Maintain compliance with hygiene safety and health regulations.

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in premium restaurant F&B service is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of fine dining service sequence and techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive customerfocused attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with attention to detail.
  • Must be fluent in Thai; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays.
  • Teamoriented with a commitment to providing excellent service.
