Job Description
- Assist and ensure that the setup of function room is in accordance to Banquet Event Order
- Ensure that all pre requisitions for the functions are checked correctly and ready for setting up when the time arrives
- Coordinate closely with Chef and to have a clear understanding on the menu served for the event
- Supervise the maintenance of service standards during banquet service operations
- Respond to any demands or complaints from guests with tact sincerity and promptly. To keep Banquet Manager informed of incidents during or after the function
- Keep track of banquet service operating equipment to ensure par level for smooth operations
- Handle requisition of items which require replacement
- Attend all meetings and trainings as assigned by management
- Ensure that all service and storage areas are kept safe clean and locked
Qualifications :
- Secondary/High school education
- Certificate in Food & Beverage will be an advantage
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
- Excellent reading writing and oral proficiency in both Thai and English language
- Working knowledge of MS Excel Word & PowerPoint
