Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Maximize every sales opportunity and provide exceptional customer service.
- Perform daily CRM tasks including collecting prospective client details recruiting new customers and retaining existing ones.
- Adhere to company policies by following all sales and operational processes and requirements.
- Conduct daily stock checks and prepare sales reports.
- Oversee the teams daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Address customer inquiries handle complaints and manage aftersales services.
- Assist in onboarding new team members and support the Boutique Manager in assigning tasks.
- Lead and manage the team to maintain service standards and operational excellence.
- Mentor and guide team members to achieve goals and enhance their skills.
- Foster teamwork by respecting supporting and collaborating effectively with all members.
- Prioritize and organize tasks to manage the teams workload efficiently.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support events activities and visual merchandising changes.
- Ensure the boutique maintains optimal conditions including cleanliness safety and security.
Qualifications:
- 45 years of experience in retail operations preferably in the jewelry or highend luxury retail sector with a proven track record of success.
- Salesdriven and resultsoriented.
- Exceptional customer service communication and interpersonal skills.
- Selfmotivated team player with a positive attitude creativity and effectiveness.
- High integrity with strong ethics and values.
- A collaborative team player with a cando mindset.
