Following up the process all reservation queries changes and cancellations received by phone email internally and corporate reservations via appointed reservation channels and tools according to standard guidelines
Answer questions about property facilities/services and room accommodations accurately upto date and individualized to each guest needs
Verify and sell room availability with the valid price points upsell and promote all Hotel facilities & services at every available opportunity in order to maximize hotel revenue
Handle group reservations accurately from the initial blocking segmentation status and rooming list update billing instructions and record any specific arrangements
Perform daily weekly monthly tasks as per checklist including personalized prearrival process to build a positive stay experience and avoid discrepancies during the stay
Daily reports for reservation operational and department head including noshow denial and cancellation reports supported by related correspondences
Qualifications :
Minimum 12 years previous experience within similar role
Good communications skills both written and verbal in Bahasa Indonesia and English
Working experience in 5* hotel operation is highly regarded
