Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and driven Control Room Agent to join our team in Jakarta Indonesia. In this fulltime role you will play a pivotal part in our collections efforts working closely with our customers to resolve outstanding payments and maintain strong relationships. This position is essential in supporting the overall financial health and sustainability of our business.
What youll be doing
- Deliver excellent customer service by efficiently listening and addressing the customers needs
- Respond to incoming events from tracking units to confirm or verify that all is in order with the vehicle
- Collaborate with other related departments to resolve the issues
- Troubleshoot remotely for simpler issues
- Review systems and application logs for remote diagnostic of field devices
- Be a central point of contact for our loyal customers and coordinate exceptional customer service with relevant Cartrack departments.
What were looking for
- Conversational level of English language skill
- Must possess at least Diploma Degree (D3)
- Experienced in IT or Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering related field for at least 1 year
- Having experience dealing directly with the customers
- Fully computer literate with experience/knowledge in Application Support and Web Services is preferred
- Willing to work on shifting hours at the office (possible at night)
