Job Title: Sales Operation Manager
Location: Gorontalo Indonesia
Overview:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Operation Manager to join our team at a leading electronic retail and distribution company. The ideal candidate will oversee both the sales and operational processes across our stores and branches while managing relationships with key wholesaler clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the sales operations across multiple retail stores and distribution branches.
• Drive sales growth and lead generation efforts to meet company targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with wholesaler clients ensuring smooth operations and service delivery.
• Monitor and improve store performance focusing on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing and supply chain to optimize store operations and sales outcomes.
Requirements:
• 78 years of proven experience in sales and distribution management preferably within consumer products or FMCG sectors.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing store operations and sales teams.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills especially when working with wholesaler clients.
• Resultsdriven with a focus on lead generation and sales performance.
• Ability to adapt to a fastpaced and dynamic retail environment.
