As a remote Bookkeeper/Accountant you ll play a crucial role in managing the financial operations of a growing USbased company. - Manage and renew statespecific licenses with a focus on sales tax licenses

- Prepare and file essential financial reports and tax documents
- Assist with general bookkeeping duties and contribute to overall financial management

Requirements
- Proven proficiency in US accounting practices and standards
- Experience with statespecific accounting requirements particularly in Colorado
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and familiarity with accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks Xero)
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage timesensitive tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal
- Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Flexibility to align work hours with US time zones
- CPA certification preferred but not mandatory
- Commitment to maintaining high levels of confidentiality when handling sensitive financial information
