Our client is a wellestablished regulated online trading platform. The company specializes in providing superior market conditions for investors allowing them to diversify their portfolios and navigate various markets with stability and reliability.

Note: This job is based in Malaysia

Responsibilities:

Deescalate situations involving dissatisfied customers offering patient assistance and support

Guide callers through troubleshooting navigating the company site or using the products or services

Review customer or client CRM accounts providing updates and information

Collaborate with other departments in case of crossdepartment issue

Being a reliable source of information for the customers and soontobe customers

Leading the customers to start their journey in the forex systems

Requirements:

At least 2 years of proven related experience (call center sales agent/BDO) within the Forex industry financial or telecommunication services

At least 1 year working experience in Sales area

English level proficiency B1

Phone skills including familiarity with complex or multiline phone systems

Strong communication both written and verbal

Great active listening skills

A patient and empathetic attitude

Adaptability and flexibility

Comfortable working in fastpaced environments

Troubleshooting skills

Ability to speak Thai

Should be willing to work on weekends and public holidays

Should be willing to work on shift hours
