Job Description
- Conduct effective sales calls daily to secure business leads and develop the hotels client portfolio.
- Identify and generate business leads on a weekly basis continuously expanding our corporate market presence.
- Prepare a monthly list of target accounts and action plans to capture new business and enhance market share.
- Schedule at least two site inspections or entertainment meetings weekly with potential or new accounts showcasing the hotels unique offerings.
- Regularly review account profiles based on room nights production and average rate to meet or exceed set goals.
- Monitor competitor rates account penetration and marketing strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Take full responsibility for accounts under your management including contracting profile updates and contract renewals.
- Coordinate with management for VIP arrivals meeting and greeting clients to ensure exceptional service.
- Actively upsell and crosssell hotel services to optimize sales revenue.
- Conduct negotiations to achieve favorable rates and maximize profit for the hotel.
- Represent the hotel at local business events to network and maintain visibility within the business community.
- Keep the Director of Business Development informed of market trends and emerging business opportunities.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in a corporate sales role within the hospitality industry
- Strong negotiation and networking skills
- Ability to analyze and adapt to market trends
- Goaloriented with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English along with strong interpersonal abilities.
