Job Description

  • Conduct effective sales calls daily to secure business leads and develop the hotels client portfolio.
  • Identify and generate business leads on a weekly basis continuously expanding our corporate market presence.
  • Prepare a monthly list of target accounts and action plans to capture new business and enhance market share.
  • Schedule at least two site inspections or entertainment meetings weekly with potential or new accounts showcasing the hotels unique offerings.
  • Regularly review account profiles based on room nights production and average rate to meet or exceed set goals.
  • Monitor competitor rates account penetration and marketing strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Take full responsibility for accounts under your management including contracting profile updates and contract renewals.
  • Coordinate with management for VIP arrivals meeting and greeting clients to ensure exceptional service.
  • Actively upsell and crosssell hotel services to optimize sales revenue.
  • Conduct negotiations to achieve favorable rates and maximize profit for the hotel.
  • Represent the hotel at local business events to network and maintain visibility within the business community.
  • Keep the Director of Business Development informed of market trends and emerging business opportunities.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in a corporate sales role within the hospitality industry
  • Strong negotiation and networking skills
  • Ability to analyze and adapt to market trends
  • Goaloriented with a track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English along with strong interpersonal abilities.
