Job Description
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize catering and event services revenue
- Identify new business opportunities and conduct site visits to showcase our venue
- Create tailored event proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals
- Manage client relationships to encourage repeat business and ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with culinary and operations teams to deliver exceptional events
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge
- Prepare sales reports forecasts and budgets while ensuring compliance with company policies
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field with 35 years of experience in catering events or hospitality sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets with strong knowledge of catering and event industry trends
- Excellent understanding of food and beverage operations with strong budgeting and financial management skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Outstanding negotiation closing and client relationship management skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as required
