Job Summary & Responsibilities:
- Managing sales in defined territory through active strategic and tactical planning and executing to develop and grow both existing and potential markets to meet assigned targets.
- Entrepreneurial turnover and profit responsibility (stronger price realization within the defined corridors optimization in terms of customer structure and product mix) Empowerment (direct budget responsibility) towards clients.
- Systematic followup on the visit and planning to develop and building relationship with direct dealers and if necessary subdealers and users under assigned territory to promote Bosch Power Tools and its related business.
- Guiding Consulting and Supporting customer in various aspects from planning and execute shopfront to online (O2O) activities to drive business growth.
- Monitoring and Supporting customer to manage their inventory level to be at healthy level.
- Guiding Consulting and Supporting others team members within own task area as well as coordinating and cooperating with other functional areas to achieved Company targets.
- Gathering and analyzing market intelligent such as market trends and competitions and give suitable recommendation and action plans.
- Following up and ensure the collection of all trade receivable meeting agreed company credit terms.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or other related field.
- 25 years of experience in sales preferably in a similar role.
- Good spoken and written English and Thai.
- Strong negotiation communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of eCommerce business.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned area.
