Job Description
- Undertake sales and marketing activities to achieve preset targets.
- Maintain existing customer revenue and identify new potential customers in related industries.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly to convert them into accounts.
- Report weekly on inquiries lapsed and lost customers and new targets to the sales leader.
- Accurately input sales pipeline data and manage sales contract information in Salesforce (CRM system).
- Support Finance in following up on payments and resolving bad debt customers.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
- Periodically review and update job responsibilities with the leader.
Qualifications :
- University bachelors degree.
- Minimum 2 years highenergy sales experience in and managing multiple customers with skills in crossselling and upselling and a proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Experience in relevant industry sectors or brands is preferred.
- Proficiency in English and Thai (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Effective negotiation skills and proactive customer handling.
- Strong interpersonal skills confident personality enthusiasm and excellent time management and organizational skills.
