Job Description
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase business from MICE and leisure segments
- Identify new business opportunities through market research networking and sales calls whilst maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
- Conduct site inspections presentations and negotiations to convert leads into confirmed bookings
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events and customise packages focusing on client preferences
- Monitor and report on sales performance market trends and competitor activities
- Prepare sales forecasts budgets and business plans to achieve set revenue targets
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote MICE and leisure packages through various channels
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in relevant field with minimum 3 years experience in MICE and leisure sales preferably in hospitality
- Proven track record in MICE and leisure sales including event planning and strategy development
- Exceptional communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with ability to interpret market trends and meet deadlines
- Fluency in Thai and English language
- Knowledge of Thai hospitality market and Bangkoks MICE and leisure sector
