DBServices helps to design develop and support digital platforms for large and midsized companies in ITC Banking Retail Government Health and other industries in Europe and Americas.
Tasks
- Manage service operations including service element management catalog maintenance and escalations ensuring business needs are met.
- Implement and oversee process standards performance indicators and policies.
- Optimize service management frameworks and support multivendor environments.
- Contribute to planning budgeting and aligning IT service management processes with business goals.
- Advise business management on IT services and solutions ensuring customization and lifecycle management.
- Maintain the service catalog and ensure data security protocols are followed.
- Coordinate tests manage infrastructure installations updates and changerelease processes.
- Resolve IT service issues and provide 2ndlevel user support including coaching and training.
- Implement knowledge management practices and stay updated on IT industry trends.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT Service Management.
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure applications and PC hardware lifecycle management.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
