Job Description
Project Name: Streaming Channel
Title: Customer Service Champion Fully Remote
Language Requirement: French C2 (European French accent required)
Start Date: 20th November 2024
Location: Lisbon Portugal (Remote Work Only)
Work Model: 100% Remote
Schedule: 40 hours per week rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday between 7 am and 9 pm
Days Off: 2 rotational days off per week

- Performance Bonus: 100 EUR per month paid over 12 months

Whether troubleshooting technical issues assisting with account management or providing realtime advice youll be the superhero our customers need. Youll keep things organized track interactions and leave every customer smiling.
Skills & Experience:
- Fluency in French (C2 level) with a smooth European French accent.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but we value passion and drive!
- Comfortable with technology quick thinking and clear communication.
