French Customer Service Representative Hybrid
About the job:
- Assist our customers across various channels to answer their questions on subscription billing technical troubleshooting and other topics
- No previous experience required;
- French Native or Strong C2
- Receive incoming calls from customers
- Welcome and advise customers
- Offer personalized solutions on every call/email
- Hybrid in Leiria
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday 40h/week
Conditions and benefits:
- Monthly Salary Base (x14): 92340
- After 6 months: 97340
- After 12 months: 102340
