French Customer Service Representative
About the job:
- Assist our customers across various channels to answer their questions on subscription billing technical troubleshooting and other topics
- No previous experience required;
- French Native or Strong C2
- Receive incoming calls from customers
- Welcome and advise customers
- Offer personalized solutions on every call/email
Schedule:
- Monday to Saturday rotating shifts (7AM 7PM)
Conditions and benefits:
- Monthly Salary Base (x14): 930
Meal allowance/Daily: 9/day
Performance Bonus (x12): 100 three first months then up to performance - Private Medical Insurance after 4 months
