Job Description
Project Name: Streaming Channel
Title: Customer Service Representative
Language Requirement: French C2 (European French accent required) and EnglishB2
Start Date: 20th November 2024
Location: Lisbon Portugal
Work Model: Remote
Schedule: Rotative 40 hours per week Monday to Sunday between 7 am and 9 pm
Days Off: 2 rotational days off per week
Salary & Benefits:
- Base Salary: 895 EUR per month (paid over 14 months)
- KPI Bonus: 100 EUR per month (paid over 12 months)
- Meal Allowance: 7.23 EUR per day (net)
- Transport Allowance: 20 EUR per month
- Health Insurance: Provided after 6 months of employment
Relocation Package: Not available. Candidates must already reside in Portugal.
Job Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for viewers representing the brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Assist customers through various channels: phone chat and email.
- Provide support for account issues application use and technical troubleshooting.
- Offer realtime assistance regarding software functionality system configurations and network settings.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions including inquiries complaints and resolutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and problemsolving abilities.
