Position: Inside Sales Account Manager Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM PH time Salary Range: 900 to 1500 USD (final offer will be based on experience and client approval)
ABOUT THE COMPANY A USbased company in the video solution technology industry.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with the sales team to track and manage sales opportunities from initial contact through closure.
Assist in developing and preparing accurate sales quotes and proposals.
Monitor contract renewal dates and provide proactive alerts to the sales team to ensure timely followup.
Process bid work including preparing bid packages and supporting sales in responding to RFPs.
Ensure the CRM system is regularly updated with the latest sales activity client interactions and pipeline details.
Provide general administrative support to the sales team to ensure smooth sales operations.
QUALIFICATIONS
At least 2 years of relevant experience
Proven experience working with US and European clients
Background in the public sector space
Experience in the SaaS industry
Proficiency in Zoho Slack Zoom and Webex
Good communication skills and attention to detail
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
