Job Description
This is a remote position.
Virtual Rockstar is looking for a creative and motivated Marketing Assistant to join our client s dynamic medical and wellness center in California. This role is crucial in enhancing the centers marketing efforts and promoting their mission of providing excellent medical care with a focus on teamwork organization kindness and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
Assist in the execution of active marketing campaigns ensuring alignment with the center s goals.
Manage social media profiles including creating engaging content for platforms like YouTube and Instagram Reels.
Work closely with the Social Media Consultant to develop and implement effective strategies.
Create and distribute monthly newsletters to be posted on the company website.
Analyze marketing campaign effectiveness and provide insights for improvement.
Handle video editing tasks to produce highquality promotional content.
Manage online marketing efforts and ads optimizing for performance.
Create visually appealing content and graphics for various marketing initiatives.
Analyze data to inform decisionmaking and improve marketing strategies.
Provide technical support for marketing tools and platforms as needed.
Requirements
Proven experience in marketing preferably within the medical or wellness sector.
Proficiency in managing active marketing campaigns and using social media platforms effectively.
Strong skills in video editing and content creation particularly for YouTube and Instagram.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong analytical skills to assess campaign effectiveness and make datadriven decisions.
Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
