Job Title: Appointment Setter

Position Type: CommissionBased Contract/Freelance

Search Party Recruiting (SPR) is dedicated to connecting top talent with leading organizations. We specialize in staffing solutions and are looking for motivated individuals to help identify and nurture potential business leads.


Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Appointment Setter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting staffing or related fields and be skilled in identifying potential business opportunities. This role involves cold calling scheduling discovery calls and maintaining lead information.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential business leads through research and outreach.

  • Conduct cold calling to engage prospects and generate interest.

  • Send followup emails to prospects as needed.

  • Schedule discovery calls for the Business Executive with qualified leads (main task).

  • Maintain records of leads and progress using Zoho Sheets.




Requirements


  • 35 years of experience in recruiting staffing or a related field with a focus on identifying potential clients.

  • Since this is a commissionbased role only someone who has the tools for cold calling and lead management is highly preferred.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Selfmotivated and able to work independently.



Benefits


  • No fixed schedule; commissionbased position only.

  • Must be available for a weekly touch base (23x per week).

  • Paid training for 2 weeks (4 hours daily).




3-5 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or a related field with a focus on identifying potential clients. Since this is a commission-based role only, someone who has the tools for cold calling and lead management is highly preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently.
