Job Description
This is a remote position.
Job Title: Appointment Setter
Position Type: CommissionBased Contract/Freelance
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential business leads through research and outreach.
Conduct cold calling to engage prospects and generate interest.
Send followup emails to prospects as needed.
Schedule discovery calls for the Business Executive with qualified leads (main task).
Maintain records of leads and progress using Zoho Sheets.
Requirements
35 years of experience in recruiting staffing or a related field with a focus on identifying potential clients.
Since this is a commissionbased role only someone who has the tools for cold calling and lead management is highly preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Selfmotivated and able to work independently.
Benefits
No fixed schedule; commissionbased position only.
Must be available for a weekly touch base (23x per week).
Paid training for 2 weeks (4 hours daily).
3-5 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or a related field with a focus on identifying potential clients.
