Job Description

As a B2B Appointment Setter you ll play a crucial role in driving business growth by engaging Clevel executives particularly CFOs to promote our client s comprehensive managed IT services. You ll leverage your extensive B2B sales experience to set appointments with key decisionmakers showcasing how our client s solutions can transform their IT infrastructure. This position offers the unique opportunity to work with cuttingedge technology while honing your sales skills in a dynamic remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct targeted outbound calls to Clevel executives focusing on CFOs in the Australian market
  • Articulate the value proposition of managed IT services network solutions cloud computing and security offerings
  • Utilize provided databases to identify and engage highpotential leads
  • Customize pitches for each prospect while adhering to company guidelines
  • Meet or exceed appointment setting and lead generation targets
  • Maintain accurate records of call activities and appointments in the company s CRM system
  • Provide regular performance updates and contribute to the refinement of sales strategies

Requirements

  • 3 years of B2B sales experience preferably in the IT or tech industry
  • Proven track record of successfully engaging Clevel executives
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex IT concepts
  • Proficiency in CRM systems particularly HubSpot
  • Strong understanding of managed IT services cloud computing and cybersecurity
  • Selfmotivated with excellent time management skills in a virtual work environment
Scope:
  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday 8:30 AM 5:30 PM Parramatta NSW
  • Includes 1 hour unpaid break
  • Performancbased commissions will be provided
