Job Description

Position : Cold Caller / Appointment Setter
Work Hours (Client) : 9 AM 5 PM CST
Holidays : Either PH or US Holidays (No additional pay for working holidays)
Pay Range : $1000/month (depending on interview assessment and client's approval) Please take note that pay will be given in USD
Duties and Responsibilities:
The Cold Caller/Appointment Setter will focus on lead generation conducting cold calls and scheduling appointments to introduce prospective clients to ConstructionOasis’ estimating services. The role includes building and maintaining call lists pitching services and coordinating followup meetings for the business owner to close sales.
- Make 100200 cold calls per week to prospective clients
- Set appointments for sales calls with potential clients
- Generate and manage cold calling lists
- Pitch estimating services to construction companies
- Schedule meetings for the business owner to close sales
- Utilize Notion for project management and Google Drive for file storage
Minimum Requirements:
- Proven experience in cold calling and appointment setting
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Ability to build and maintain call lists
- Previous experience pitching services and scheduling appointments
- Familiarity with the construction industry (preferred not required)
- Filipino candidates preferred due to successful prior experience
- Experience in a similar industry (Construction) and selling similar service (Construction Quoting and Social Media Management & Website Design for construction companies/any company) is the target
Tech Stack

- Experience with Apollo Clay or other data aggregation platforms for listbuilding is a plus
