Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and creative B2B Marketing Associate to join our marketing team. This role is key to driving lead generation creating impactful content and fostering partnerships that will expand our business presence. You will collaborate with various teams to implement marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness and support our business development efforts. If you are passionate about B2B marketing and thrive in a fastpaced teamoriented environment this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:
Execute lead generation campaigns across multiple channels with a focus on nurturing and converting leads through the marketing funnel. Track performance metrics to refine campaigns and improve conversion rates.

Content Creation:
Develop compelling content for LinkedIn case studies and other B2B marketing materials that resonate with our target audience and support our business objectives. Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and messaging.

Email Marketing:
Create and manage email marketing campaigns targeting potential leads and partners.
Focus on crafting persuasive email content that drives engagement and generates highquality leads.

Media Outreach & Partnerships:
Support media outreach efforts to increase brand visibility through partnerships collaborations and media placements. Assist with building relationships that enhance our reputation in the market.

Awards Applications:
Research and apply for relevant industry awards to position our brand as a leader in the field boosting credibility and authority in the market.

Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales content and design teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across all marketing initiatives. Provide support in crossfunctional projects aimed at meeting business growth targets.

Qualifications:

Experience:
12 years of experience in B2B marketing with a strong understanding of lead generation strategies content creation and email marketing. Familiarity with LinkedIn and other social media platforms used for B2B outreach.

Education:
A degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field is preferred but not required.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot Salesforce) is a plus. Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Ads and email marketing platforms.

Content Creation:
Proven experience in developing B2B content including LinkedIn posts case studies and email campaigns.

Attention to Detail:
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a keen eye for detail and a focus on delivering highquality work on time.

Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.

Portfolio:
Applicants are encouraged to submit a portfolio showcasing past B2B marketing campaigns content pieces or lead generation efforts.
