Job Description
As an Outreach Caller / Appointment Setter you ll be the vital first point of contact for businesses ready to step into the future of inventory management. Your role is crucial in introducing our client s gamechanging RFID technology to potential customers. You ll navigate through gatekeepers engage decisionmakers and set the stage for product demonstrations that showcase how our solution can transform their operations. This position offers a unique blend of techsavvy communication and sales strategy perfect for those who thrive on connecting innovative solutions with businesses in need.
Responsibilities
- Conduct 50100 daily outbound calls to potential clients introducing our revolutionary RFID inventory management solution
- Sfully navigate past gatekeepers to reach key decisionmakers within target companies
- Qualify leads by essing their potential need and interest in our technology
- Persuade qualified prospects to schedule product demonstration appointments
- Craft and send followup emails to reinforce call discussions and confirm appointments
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions in the company s CRM system
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets for qualified appointments set
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication ss in English
- Ability to grasp and articulate technical concepts related to RFID and inventory management or SaaS experience
- Previous experience in B2B sales appointment setting or cold calling
- Familiarity with CRM systems and email tools
- Selfmotivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Resilience and persistence in handling objections and rejection
- Comfortable with a fastpaced environment and ability to adapt quickly
- Basic understanding of retail operations and inventory management a plus
