Responsibilities
- Conduct highvolume outreach calls to potential clients in the agency sector
- Articulate our client s software product vision development progress and future goals with clarity and enthusiasm
- Schedule strategic 1015 minute meetings between agency decisionmakers and our client s CEO
- Maintain and update contact information and call outcomes in a streamlined Excel spreadsheet
- Adapt communication style to effectively engage with various levels of technical understanding
- Gather and organize valuable feedback from calls to contribute to product improvement initiatives
- Prioritize and manage a dynamic list of leads to maximize outreach effectiveness
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms
- Proven track record of making highvolume calls efficiently and effectively
- Basic understanding of software products and the tech industry landscape
- Proficiency in Excel for data entry management and basic analysis
- Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and adhere to provided guidelines
- Adaptable communication style capable of engaging professionally with Clevel executives
- Keen interest in technology and its applications in the business world
- Strong time management skills to balance multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
