Job Description
As an Appointment Setter you ll be the voice of our client s expansion efforts reaching out to potential clients in the building and condominium management sector. Your role is pivotal in opening doors for the sales team introducing our client s premium guard services to key decisionmakers. This position offers an exciting opportunity to directly impact company growth leveraging your persuasive communication ss and sales aen. You ll be at the forefront of the company s push into new markets setting the stage for transformative business relationships.
Responsibilities
- Conduct strategic cold calls to potential clients using provided leads
- Deliver compelling introductions of the company s security guard services
- Qualify leads through insightful phone conversations
- Schedule highquality appointments for the sales team
- Utilize the company s tailored sales pitch and phone system
- Track call outcomes and appointmentsetting progress
- Adapt approach based on feedback and market response
- Aim for approximately 2 appointments per day or 10 per week
Requirements
- 23 years of proven B2B sales or appointment setting experience
- Exceptional phone communication and persuasion ss
- Resilience and ability to handle objections professionally
- Strong time management and organizational capabilities
- Basic understanding of the security services industry (preferred)
- Resultsoriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets
- Adaptability to different client personalities and needs
- Potential to earn performancebased commissions by exceeding appointment targets
