Job Description
- Investigation of security incidents at testing centers in PSIs global testing network
- Manage all service requests for maintenance repairs and updates to PSIs video surveillance systems
- Assist PSIs test center audit program which seeks to ensure all testing centers maintain the highest level of test security and compliance with PSI rules and regulations
- Provides reports regarding site auditing and security incidents on a daily basis
- Works and communicates effectively with all levels of management and maintains the confidentiality of all issues
- Provides for all paper and pencil exam requests by delivering exams securely as directed by clients
Experience/Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or related work experience may be considered
- 1 years experience in security operations in a corporate environment Demonstrated experience managing Digital Video Recording systems from coordination of installation through ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of basic networking concepts (IP addresses router configurations)
- Highly proficient in all Microsoft applications have the ability to learn and use new platforms
- Demonstrated high level attention to detail and strong organization skills
- Ability to multitask across multiple platforms departments time zones and cultures when necessary
- Ability to obtain US Government Security Clearance
Preferred Experience/s
- Experience using Zendesk ticket management system
- Assist in the deployment customization and postimplementation troubleshooting of new systems
