Job Overview:
We are seeking a detailoriented and analytical Business Analyst Retail Sales to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business data identifying trends and providing insights to enhance retail sales performance. This role requires expertise in Power BI MS Excel and PowerPoint for data visualization and reporting. The ideal candidate should have a strong business acumen and problemsolving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze retail sales data to identify patterns trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI MS Excel and PowerPoint to communicate insights effectively.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
- Support decisionmaking through datadriven recommendations and forecasting.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports for management review.
- Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and sales performance.
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams to implement business strategies.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports and analyses.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in any industry.
- Proficiency in Power BI MS Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to present findings and collaborate with teams.
- Bachelors degree in Business Data Analytics Information Technology or a related field.
- Ability to work on a shifting schedule as required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
