Job Description
As an Appointment Setter / Sales Representative you ll be at the forefront of our client s growth strategy engaging with potential clients and setting the stage for successful partnerships. This role combines highvolume outreach with strategic communication requiring a blend of persistence charm and sales acumen. You ll work closely with a team of closers including Clevel executives to drive business expansion. With a performancebased bonus structure and the potential to earn $100$200 USD per closed appointment this position offers substantial earning potential for motivated individuals.
Responsibilities
- Conduct highvolume outbound calls to real estate brokerages across North America
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the closing team
- Articulate our client s value proposition effectively overcoming objections
- Maintain our client s reputation as the nicest sounding call center in the industry
- Manage and update CRM systems with detailed call records and appointment information
- Collaborate with the closing team to refine strategies and improve conversion rates
- Adapt to various communication methods including phone email and SMS
- Contribute to the company s growth during peak seasons (October through January)
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance industry knowledge and sales techniques
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional and friendly phone manner
- Experience in highvolume calling preferably in sales or appointment setting
- Basic understanding of real estate terminology (preferred)
- Resilience and positive attitude with the ability to maintain enthusiasm throughout the day
- Strong listening skills and the ability to qualify prospects effectively
- Proficiency in CRM systems and comfort with various communication technologies
- Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and peak business seasons
