Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Director of Recruitment to join our leadership team. This role is pivotal in shaping our recruitment strategy and overseeing the hiring of a significant number of online teachers annually. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in highvolume hiring team leadership and a successful track record within a BPO environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the demand for up to a thousand online/ESL teachers annually ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Implementing innovative recruitment practices while consistently meeting highvolume quality targets simultaneously fostering creative strategic thinking
- Team Management: Lead mentor and inspire a team of recruiters to achieve ambitious hiring targets while fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
- DataDriven Decision Making: Analyze recruitment metrics and market trends to continuously improve processes enhance candidate experience and optimize hiring outcomes.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work closely with training and operations teams to onboard hundreds of teachers a month
- Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure adherence to company policies legal regulations and industry best practices throughout the recruitment life cycle.
- Employer Branding
- Develop and promote our employer brand to attract top talent highlighting our commitment to quality education and employee development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions recruitment agencies and other talent sources to create a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
- 715 years of strong leadership in directing recruitment teams in the ESL education sector or BPO sector
- Must have strong communication relationshipbuilding and process improvement experience
- Strong understanding of the ESL market and the specific needs of educators in this field.
- Proven track record of successfully filling highvolume and specialized roles.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
