Position: Project Manager/Social Media Manager
Salary: $1000 $1300
working hours: 40 hours per week; this role requires availability from 11 AM to 7 PM Monday through Sunday with some flexibility around key project milestones and important deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Workflow Management:
- Coordinate with content creators to ensure finished products are distributed across all relevant platforms.
- Develop and optimize workflows to streamline the content publishing process. Social Media Management:
- Post and schedule content on all platforms: WordPress Twitter TikTok Instagram Facebook Snapchat YouTube LinkedIn and others.
- Write engaging captions and tailor content to suit platformspecific audiences.
- Run ads and campaigns on Google Business Meta Business Suite and other ad management tools.
Technical & Logistical Oversight:
- Utilize tools like Make (formerly Integromat) Notion and Figma for project management and collaboration.
- Set up and maintain automation workflows to improve content distribution and team efficiency.
- Manage website updates via WordPress including SEO optimization and blog publishing.
- Troubleshoot minor coding issues and implement AI tools where applicable. Analytics & Reporting:
- Track performance metrics across platforms and create reports to inform future strategies.
- Stay updated on platform algorithms and industry trends to adjust content strategies accordingly.
Creative Contribution:
- Collaborate with the creative team on campaign ideas and content strategies.
- Ensure content aligns with Cirqley’s brand voice and goals.
Requirements:
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Make (formerly Integromat) Notion Figma and WordPress.
- Experience using AI tools for automating workflows and enhancing content strategies.
- Basic coding knowledge (e.g. HTML CSS or Python) is a plus. Social Media Expertise:
- Extensive experience managing multiple platforms (TikTok Instagram Twitter YouTube Facebook LinkedIn Snapchat etc.).
- Strong knowledge of Google Business Meta Business Suite and ad management tools.
Content Strategy:
- Understanding of content marketing principles and social media algorithms.
- Ability to repurpose and funnel content from longform (YouTube/blogs) to shortform (Reels TikToks etc.).
Soft Skills:
- Highly organized with excellent project management skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with creative teams.
- Problem solver with a proactive attitude and keen attention to detail. Experience:
- 3 years of experience in project management or social media management roles.
- Proven track record of scaling social media accounts and running efficient content workflows.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics Hootsuite or Buffer. Knowledge of SEO and keyword optimization.
- Experience running influencer or collaboration campaigns.
- Passion for staying updated on emerging tools trends and platforms.
