Job Description
We are seeking a datadriven and creative Paid Growth Manager to lead and optimize our paid marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving user acquisition increasing conversions and scaling our business through strategic paid media initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Plan execute and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads Meta (Facebook/Instagram) TikTok LinkedIn and others.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor and analyze campaign performance ensuring optimal ROI by adjusting budgets creatives and targeting strategies.
- Data Analysis: Use analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics Mixpanel) to track key metrics generate insights and report on the effectiveness of paid campaigns.
- A/B Testing: Implement and analyze experiments for ad creatives landing pages and other campaign elements to continuously improve performance.
- Audience Targeting: Leverage advanced segmentation techniques to target and retarget the most relevant audiences.
- Collaboration: Work closely with creative content and product teams to align paid strategies with broader marketing goals.
- Budget Management: Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively ensuring cost efficiency and high returns.
- Growth Strategy: Identify new growth opportunities and emerging platforms to diversify and expand paid acquisition efforts.
Qualifications
Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience in paid growth performance marketing or a similar role.
- Proven track record of managing and scaling paid campaigns with measurable success.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in platforms like Google Ads Meta Ads Manager TikTok Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using tools like Google Analytics Tableau or Excel for reporting.
- Familiarity with A/B testing tools and methodologies.
Soft Skills:
- Strategic mindset with a creative approach to solving problems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a highgrowth or startup environment.
- Knowledge of subscriptionbased models or ecommerce marketing.
- Familiarity with SEO and organic growth strategies is a plus.
