Job Description
Summary:
- As a Security Engineer you will be responsible for applying your expertise in Application Security to design build and protect enterprise systems applications data assets and people. Your typical day will involve safeguarding information infrastructures applications and business processes against cyber threats.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement security solutions to protect enterprise systems applications data assets and people against cyber threats.
- Conduct security assessments and penetration testing to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation strategies.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure security requirements are integrated into the design and development of enterprise systems and applications.
- Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on security best practices and policies.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Application Security and integrate innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage.
Job Qualifications:
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Required Skill: Expertise in Application Security.
Additional Must To Have Skills:
- Knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST ISO and CIS.
- Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud security network security and identity and access management.
- Basic knowledge of Web app Mobile app Network Wireless security;
- Knowledge of programming languages: ASPNet C SQL Server Database PHP Python etc;
- Experience and knowledge of: Windows Linux OS;
- Ability to work in Team learning and selfdevelopment attitude;
- Ability to plan and project / tasks delivery;
- Good spoken and written english skills;
- Problemsolving and customercentric attitude
- Strong understanding of security assessment and penetration testing methodologies.
- Experience with security tools such as Burp Suite Nessus and Metasploit.
- Solid grasp of security best practices and policies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have at least 56 years of experience in Application Security.
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field along with a proven track record of delivering impactful security solutions.
- This position is based in Manila.
- Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
