The Accounts Receivable role will be responsible for reconciling high volume bank transactions with various payment methods across multiple sites process monthly direct debits owner accounting and other adhoc duties as required. You will be required to support and provide quality customer service communicating with managers in all Tasman assets. This position offers a competitive salary on a permanent full time basis.
Processing Newbook uploads to MYOB Advanced daily
Receipting and Bank Reconcilations for all park bank accounts
Follow up any bank variances in a timely manner and have no material variances at month end
Ensure park managers are processing end of day procedures and provide bank reports as necessary to assist variance identification
Assist parks managers with banking concerns as required
Processing Direct Debit schedules monthly and fortnightly
Process park refunds and maintain master document of refunds
Process owner accounting statements and payments and ensure reconciliation to MYOB advanced and Newbook / RMS
End of month Run debtors and creditors ledgers out of Newbook / RMS and ensure reconciliation to MYOB advanced
Ordering deposit books and banking bags for the parks as required
Provide audit documentation (revenue booking and receipting) as necessary
Maintain files and documentation accurately and thoroughly in accordance with company policies and procedures
Support management through analysis and special projects as required
Contribute to the development of systems tools and resources to automate processes and procedures for the business.
Prepare adhoc reports as necessary
Develop/maintain written policies to ensure deliverable service standards are captured
Ensure policies are correctly distributed understood and applied by all operational staff and other personnel are educated accordingly
Ensure compliance within delegated authority limit across the operating business
Adherence to Tasman Tourism Employee Handbook
Attend training sessions or workshops as required
Ensure strict compliance of Tasman Tourism compliance and EH&S policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with all other Legislative requirements associated with the daytoday operation of the business incorporating; Environment Health and Safety Building code compliance and Fire Safety
Promote Work Health & Safety through actions and behaviours
Manage and maintain in strict confidence all company information
Actively foster and support a positive working relationship with all internal stakeholders
Accounts receivable experience with strong background in bank reconciliation
Experience using MYOB advance or Newbook an advantage
Proven track record in achieving results and prioritising workload
