Your Role and Responsibilities:

    • Oversee recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent in the banking sector.

  • Organizational Development:

    • Lead change management initiatives to support the transformation of the banking operations.
    • Optimize organizational structures and workforce planning for maximum efficiency.
  • Employee Relations and Compliance:

    • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee wellbeing.
    • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and international banking regulations.
  • Compensation and Benefits:

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Education:

  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 15 years of progressive HR experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
    • Proven experience in the banking or financial services industry.
    • Experience in setting up or scaling operations in a GCC or similar environment.
    • Demonstrated success in multinational corporations with crosscultural team management.
