Job Role: Associate Vice President Investment Banking
About the Role:
As an Associate Vice President Investment Banking you will be responsible for managing the and nbsp;
Investment Banking team independently handling clients and overseeing the execution of fundraising and nbsp;
and M and amp;A activities. Your experience and expertise will be pivotal in driving successful transactions and nbsp;
and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership and Team Management:
Lead and manage the Investment Banking team ensuring the delivery of highquality outcomes.
Provide mentorship and guidance to team members fostering professional growth and and nbsp;
collaboration.
Oversee the execution of deals ensuring all deliverables are met within timelines.
2. Fundraising and M and amp;A:
Manage the endtoend process of fundraising (debt/equity) and M and amp;A transactions.
Oversee the preparation of investor pitch decks placement memoranda and due diligence and nbsp;
documentation.
Drive deal origination structure deals manage competing offers and ensure timely deal closures.
3. Client Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients building and maintaining strong relationships.
Understand client needs and ensure bespoke solutions are delivered.
Engage network and build relationships with potential investors and stakeholders.
4. Financial Analysis and Valuation:
Analyze financial data and oversee the development of financial models for valuations (e.g. and nbsp;
property business etc.).
Conduct research on industries competitors and macroeconomic factors to support decisionmaking.
Create business plans forecasts and investor decks tailored to client requirements.
5. Stakeholder and External Communication:
Oversee all organizational communication with external stakeholders ensuring accuracy and and nbsp;
alignment with intended messaging.
Supervise the preparation of press releases journalist Q and amp;As and factsheets ensuring timeliness and nbsp;
and quality.
6. Process Improvement and Reporting:
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Develop standard and adhoc reports tools and Excel dashboards for improved analysis and and nbsp;
reporting.
Basic Qualifications:
Qualified CA (Chartered Accountant) or MBA (Finance).
5 years of experience in Investment Banking or a related field.
Proven experience in managing teams and handling clients independently.
Experience in handling real estate projects is an added advantage.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical valuation and data interpretation skills.
