Position Overview:
As a RomanianSpeaking Customer Advisor you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding customer service to our Romanianspeaking clientele. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their inquiries resolve issues and ensure a seamless experience with our products and services. Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service to Romanianspeaking clients via phone email and chat. Address inquiries related to products orders and services ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints and concerns effectively striving for firstcontact resolution. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues promptly.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate customer records and update information in our CRM system. Track customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other customer advisors and departments to share insights and best practices contributing to a culture of teamwork and support.
- Sales Support: Assist customers with product recommendations and upsell opportunities contributing to overall sales goals.
Qualifications:
- Language Skills: Fluency in Romanian and English is required. Additional language skills are a plus.
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
