- Address customer inquiries via phone email and chat promptly and professionally.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues delivering clear and effective solutions.
- Accurately maintain and update customer records.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure highquality customer service.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and share suggestions with the team.
Qualifications:
- Native or C2level Romanian fluency.
- Proficient in English communication.
- Previous experience in customer service or contact centres is a plus.
- Strong problemsolving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Competent with computer systems and able to quickly adapt to new tools.
