- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues providing clear and concise solutions.
- Maintain and update customer records accurately.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Identify areas for improving customer satisfaction and share insights with the team.
Qualifications:
- Native or C2level proficiency in Romanian.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Previous experience in customer service or a contact centre is an advantage.
- Excellent problemsolving skills with attention to detail.
- Comfortable using computer systems and quick to learn new tools.
