- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues by providing clear and effective solutions.
- Keep customer records accurate and uptodate.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure highquality customer service.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and provide feedback to the team.
Qualifications:
- Native or C2level proficiency in Dutch.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Previous experience in customer service or contact centres is a plus.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and software.
